Terms of Use

1. License Grant

EarthyMix Email Cleaner is licensed, not sold. By purchasing a license, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software on up to two (2) devices unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

2. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or your license key with others.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• You may not use the software with email accounts you do not own or are not expressly authorized to manage.
• You may not use the software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your device has sufficient storage for email downloads, which occur simultaneously with deletion. EarthyMix does not perform deletions without your explicit confirmation via the filters you configure.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

All EarthyMix software products are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for software licenses once purchased.

5. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. EarthyMix does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EarthyMix and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of emails, account suspension, or business interruption. In any event, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

7. Updates and Future Versions

Minor updates for the same major version are included with your license. EarthyMix reserves the right to release new major versions as separate paid products. Pricing and features may change for future versions.

8. Termination

Your license is automatically terminated if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the developer's place of business.
