The Email Cleaner app uses Google OAuth to access your Gmail account with your explicit permission. We only request the scopes necessary for email scanning and deletion. No email content is sent to EarthyMix servers. You can review and revoke app permissions at any time in your Google Account settings.
Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
License records are retained as long as the license is active or as required to resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your license record by contacting us.
We use industry-standard practices including HTTPS, hashed identifiers, and restricted database access to protect stored data.
